Spurs Halftime Performance Series - March 2023

5 weeks, longer choreo, more rehearsal, maximum confidence, epic ONCE IN A LIFETIME opportunity to perform LIVE at a Spurs home game! Our Spurs Halftime Performance Series is the perfect chance to get in FORMATION as you’ll learn and perfect one full routine over the course of 5 x 90 minute rehearsals. The series will conclude with a live halftime performance at the Spurs vs. Mavs game Wed, March 15 (omg what!) and the friends you’ll make will last a lifetime (awhhhhh). No experience, no audition required! We also have a discount link for you to send all your friends and family who want to come to the game and cheer you on!

Rehearsal Details:

Feb. 7 & 21 will be at Jazzercise Churchill: 1031 Patricia 78213 (very close to Main) @ 7:30-9pm
Feb. 28 & March 7 will be at Hooplife Academy: 760 Isom Rd 78216 (about 7 min from Main) @ 8-9:30pm
March 14 full dress rehearsal & run through will be at University United Methodist Church: 5084 De Zavala Rd 78249 (close to MoveFitLive) where we’ll use their full size basketball court @ 8-9:30pm!

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your enrollment in the video series, you may do so in your account via Pike13. Please note that we cannot process cancellations submitted via text, Email phone, or social media message - you must cancel your own spot in Pike13.

We do not provide refunds, but will provide account credit back to your account on the following schedule:

CANCELED 8+ DAYS BEFORE FIRST REHEARSAL: Amount paid will be converted into account credit.

CANCELED 1-7 DAYS BEFORE FIRST REHEARSAL: 50% of amount paid will be converted into account credit.

CANCELED WITHIN 12 HOURS OF FIRST REHEARSAL: 25% of amount paid will be converted into account credit.

CANCELED AFTER FIRST REHEARSAL: No account credit or refunds will be provided.

MISSED REHEARSALS: If you are unable to attend a rehearsal, there is no refund or account credit provided for the missed rehearsal. You are responsible for catching up with the choreography via videos provided in our Facebook group or group chat, as the instructor will be unable to re-teach the material you missed in detail. If you miss more than 2 rehearsals, you may be removed from the video shoot at management's discretion. No refunds or account credit will be given.
